1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using Dia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility (adults 18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dia. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. What Dia is — and is not

Dia is a wellness and educational tool that connects your glucose state to real-world factors and explains, in plain English, the context behind it. Dia is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, manage, or monitor diabetes or any other condition. Dia does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a CGM, glucose meter, or professional medical care.

You agree not to use Dia to make decisions about insulin, medication, food, exercise, or treatment. Please review our Medical Disclaimer in full before using the Service.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Dia may offer a paid subscription ("Dia Pro") that unlocks additional features. The following terms apply to subscriptions:

• Dia Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store account, processed via Apple and our subscription provider, RevenueCat.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and may change over time. Any price changes will apply in accordance with the App Store's rules.
• Payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds, where available, are handled in accordance with Apple's policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service, its servers, or other users' data;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law;
• copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission; or
• rely on the Service for emergency, diagnostic, or treatment purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, design, text, graphics, and the Dia name and logo, is owned by [Company/legal entity] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. 8. Disclaimer of warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information or insight it provides is accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of liability
